⚠️ Processing times: Our products are handcrafted to order. Times include: furnace work (20-25 days), quality check and packaging (2-3 days), shipping and delivery.
If the product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will immediately replace the damaged pieces at no charge. Shipping is 100% insured.

Returns may be accepted only if the following condition is met:
If the product does not match in any way the technical characteristics stated in the description and related photos, Magiedimurano.com will immediately refund the full amount paid by the customer at the time of purchase, subject to return of the item sent.
⚠️ Important: As these are handcrafted products made entirely by hand, a tolerance margin in dimensions and details must be considered. Minor variations from the photos (±2-3 cm, slight colour differences, small air bubbles in the glass) are to be considered normal and do not constitute grounds for return.
Custom or made-to-order products may be returned only in case of manufacturing defects or if the product does not match the agreed customisation specifications.

Each product is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity guaranteeing handcrafted production in blown glass according to the authentic Murano tradition.
All products are made by our master glassmakers in our furnace in Venice, therefore 100% Made in Italy.
