Bank Transfer

Pay by bank transfer. The order will be processed after we receive the payment (2-3 business days).

  • • SEPA Europe transfer: 2-3 business days
  • • International transfer: 3-5 business days

After completing your order, you will receive an email with the bank details and order code to include in the payment reference.

When Is the Payment Charged?

The order is confirmed after we receive the transfer (2-3 business days).

Invoicing

Every order includes:

  • Electronic invoice (for Italian business customers with VAT number):

  • Tax receipt (for private customers):
    Included in the package or by email
  • Invoice / Commercial invoice (EU/non-EU customers):
    For customs and VAT purposes

Payment Problems?

If the payment fails:

❌ Card declined

  • Check you have sufficient funds
  • Make sure the card has not expired
  • Ensure you entered the details correctly
  • Contact your bank (they may have blocked the payment for security)

⏳ 3D Secure not working

  • Verify you entered the SMS or OTP code correctly
  • Make sure your phone number is up to date with your bank
  • Request a new code if the previous one has expired
