Each piece is carefully inspected by our quality team to ensure it is perfect and defect-free before packaging.
This is the best solution to ensure every element arrives intact at its destination. Each individual part of the chandelier is vacuum sealed separately, completely eliminating air and creating total protection against impacts and vibrations.
Vacuum-sealed pieces are placed in reinforced boxes with triple-wall corrugated cardboard. The box is then further reinforced with polystyrene panels on all sides for maximum protection.
Empty spaces inside the box are filled with polystyrene chips to completely eliminate any movement during transport.
The box is sealed with reinforced adhesive tape and labelled with all the necessary handling instructions.

Every shipment is fully insured for the total value of the product. In case of damage during transport, we will immediately provide a replacement.

Before finally sealing the box, we verify that each vacuum-sealed piece is correctly positioned and that the polystyrene ensures total stability.
Each box is sized and prepared specifically according to the product dimensions to ensure maximum protection.
Check that the box shows no visible damage. If you notice damage, report it immediately to the courier and contact us.
Open the box carefully, keeping all packaging materials in case you need them for insurance documentation.
Gently remove the vacuum sealing and all protection layers. Verify that the product is intact. You have 48 hours to report any issues.
If you discover damage, contact us immediately on WhatsApp with photos of the product. Insurance covers every type of transport damage.
