Siamo molto soddisfatti dell’acquisto, dall’ordine fino alla consegna siamo stati in contatto (elettronico, per email) con Stefano.
Il lampadario è bellissimo, ci fa sentire la magia del vetro di Murano ogni volta che lo guardiamo.
La consegna è stata veloce (tracking GLS puntuale), l’imballaggio molto professionale (una lancia era rotta ma verrà rispedita, comunque avevamo parti di ricambio già nel pacco quindi non abbiamo dovuto aspettare per vedere l’opera al completo).
Il sistema di collegamento elettrico e di aggancio sono anche molto professionali, con cavi e strutture metalliche (quelle interne) di prima qualità.
Siamo molto soddisfatti del tutto, prezzo incluso, e stiamo pensando a quale sarà il prossimo acquisto:):):)
